During his investigation, a Plymouth officer stopped the vehicle at the Speedway Gas Station and determined that 25-year-old Ozzy Wallin of Grovertown was under the influence. Wallin was then transferred to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.
Wallin was given a court date in Marshall Superior Court II later this month and held on a $1500 cash bond.
