Emergency responders and officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Little Caesars parking lot on Tuesday, February 11th, at 10:41 p.m. for a male subject having a medical episode.
Before emergency personnel arrived on the scene, the male came to and drove off. During his investigation, a Plymouth officer stopped the vehicle at the Speedway Gas Station and determined that 25-year-old Ozzy Wallin of Grovertown was under the influence. He was checked through Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and then transported to the Plymouth Hospital for a chemical test. Wallin was then transferred to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.
Wallin was given a court date in Marshall Superior Court II later this month and held on a $1500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
