It has been weeks since anyone last saw Lexie Mitchell, a 17-year-old white female from Owen County.
However, all that could change now as the FBI office in Indianapolis has joined the Indiana State Police and Owen County Sheriff's Office in trying to find the whereabouts of Mitchell.
Mitchell was last seen at her house in Cunot around noon on March 31. She is believed to be a runaway juvenile and is described as a white female with long red or auburn hair and blue/green eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white jacket, and, possibly, white boots.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the ISP Putnamville Post at 765-653-4114.
