The city of Sumner will hold a public hearing next week on the annual appropriations ordinance.
The ordinance governs the amount of spending that can be done by the city government.
The hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT Tuesday May 13th at the City Hall located at 224 South Christy Street.
A copy of the ordinance is currently available for public viewing at the City Hall during regular business hours.
It is anticipated that the City Council will consider approving the measure at it's May monthly meeting which follows the hearing at 6:30 p.m.
