The Indiana Department of Transportation says that work is continuing on U.S. 41 south of Vincennes.
Travelers should be aware that the project revolves around the installation of a reduced-conflict-intersection (RCI) near the south end of the industrial park. The new intersection design will help serve large truck and other industrial-type vehicles that will be servicing the new Amazon center, which is currently under construction and also the Farbest Foods plant also located on the south side of the industrial park.
Motorists in that area should be alert to the work and use caution and be vigilant around the construction area, which stretches from Kelso Creek south to U.S. 241 near Decker.
