Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jeffrey L. Jacobs Jr., 25, North Judson, was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of arson. He was picked up at the Pulaski County Jail and held without bond.

• Darrell L. Payne, 35, Grand Rapids, Mich., was arrested Monday on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 14 and Meridian Road.

• De Nijah Evonne Carter, 19, Indianapolis, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of reckless driving and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 375 North and later released on her own recognizance.

• Jaquan D. Carter, 25, Grand Rapids, Mich., was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana. He was arrested with De Nijah Evonne Carter and later released on his own recognizance.

Ordinance related
• On Monday morning, police left 14-day warning notices for: an unlicensed vehicle and junk at 213 W. Eighth St.; trash/garbage, including junk mattresses, at 339 Ohio St.; trash/garbage at 1006 Elm St. and 1014 Elm St.; an unlicensed vehicle and overgrowth at 1101 Franklin St.; weeds and junk at 401 W. Ninth St.; an an unlicensed vehicle at 905 Jackson Boulevard.
Cited
• A driver was cited with speeding 100 mph in a 60 mph zone around 11:30 a.m. Monday at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North.
Residential entry
• At 1:29 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a door was kicked in at 121 W. 12th st. Police records indicate that change was possibly taken. Extra patrol was requested as a result.
Confiscated
• A vape was confiscated from a 20-year-old driver stopped at approximately 4:42 p.m. Monday at Brown and Hill streets.
Property damage
• At 4:45 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a man tore apart a house in the 800 block of Jefferson Street and was making threats of bodily harm. Police records indicate that a female resident was in the process of obtaining a protective order.
