While on routine patrol Saturday, August 31st at 1:40 in the morning a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle for speeding.
While talking with the driver, she admitted to never obtaining a license. Konstance Briscoe was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating without ever obtaining a license and held on a $100 cash bond.
