4C Health and Tipton County Sheriff’s Department partner to provide no-cost Employee Assistance Program

4C Health and the Tipton County Sheriff’s Department have entered into an agreement to provide a no-cost Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to department employees, reinforcing a shared commitment to the wellness of first responders.
This new partnership aligns with 4C Health’s mission to support mental health and wellness initiatives for both emergency personnel and the broader community. The EAP will offer confidential services designed to address the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of department
staff—at no cost to them.
“I’m incredibly proud that we are able to partner with 4C Health to offer this much-needed service to the members of the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office,” said Captain Ray Sheppard, Jail Commander for the Tipton County Sheriff’s Department. “In time, I hope that we are able to expand this to all emergency responders in Tipton County as we launch the First Responders Wellness Program. I thank the Executive Committee as well as 4C Health for believing in raising the wellness of our employees!”
Lisa Willis-Gidley, Chief Revenue Officer at 4C Health, added: “First responders are often the first line of defense during crises, but their own mental health needs are frequently overlooked. We are honored to support the Tipton County Sheriff’s Department through this partnership and hope this model of care and compassion can be extended to first responders across all the communities we serve. Our vision is to continue to expand this initiative across 4C Health’s service region.”
The EAP marks the first step in realizing a broader vision—a comprehensive, holistic wellness program for all first responders in Tipton County. As this initiative grows, both organizations are committed to building sustainable support systems that prioritize the well-being of those who serve
others every day.
