The Lawrenceville Indians picked up their fourth straight win Friday night.
The Tribe beat the Newton Eagles 49-38 at Lawrenceville and are now 13-6 on the season.
Noah Wilson scored 18 points and Zander Cessna added 14 to pace the Indian offense.
They led 14-4 after one quarter,27-17 at the half and 36-24 after three quarters enroute to their second LIC win against one loss and their second win this season over Newton.
The Indian JV also won 64-33 led by Isaac Vennard with 14, Jacek Mickiewicz 12 and Bobby Duffy and Blayton Gossett with 10 each.
The Indian frosh-soph squad lost 33-28.
Next up for the Indians-a road date Tuesday at Robinson against the Maroons and former Indian head coach Randy Bishop.
