Thursday morning, August 29th, at 2:45, Plymouth Police served an outstanding felony warrant through Marshall County at 409 Pierce Street.
Cesar Rangel, 34, of the 300 block of South Walnut Street, was taken into custody without incident. Rangel was booked for the outstanding felony warrant and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
While officers were at the residence, they located two subjects in a vehicle outside the home.
Gilberto Aguilar, 32, of Middlebury, and Shayna Ortiz,28, of Goshen, were found to have suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
Aguilar was booked for Possession of Methamphetamine, False Informing, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Ortiz was booked for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle or Syringe and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
They were both held on $1,500 cash bonds.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
