Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced the sentencing of two females from Lawrence County and a Richland County man to state prison during recent appearances in court.
43-year-old Heather O'Dell of Lawrenceville was charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class 2 Illinois Felony. She was placed on probation but violated the terms and was given 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) to be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release.
43-year-old Raeann Goodart also of Lawrenceville was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Illinois Felony. She was given probation but failed the terms and was handed a 3-year term in the IDOC to be followed by up to 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
54-year-old Patrick Wilkins of Olney was picked up and charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class 1 Illinois Felony. He was sentenced to 4 years in the IDOC to be followed up by 1 year of mandatory supervised release.
