Plymouth Police arrested a Rochester man on August 11th for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
At 12:45 p.m. on Monday, city police units were dispatched to the area of Kenwood Avenue and Sycamore Street for an SUV that had hit a passenger car and then left the scene.
Witnesses told Police Chief John Weir that the suspect vehicle went eastbound on Sycamore Street. Another witness advised that the male driver parked the vehicle involved in a driveway on Sycamore Street.
The suspect, 42-year-old Adam Richard of Rochester, was located, taken into custody, and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in at 1:19 p.m. for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and released on a cash bond at 3:32 p.m.
