Lawrenceville Police arrested a local man Sunday night.
33 year old Dayante Moden of Lawrenceville was taken into custody around 10:40 p.m. and charged with Domestic Battery.
He was transported to and booked into the Lawrence County Jail on the offense.
Moden was being held there pending a detention hearing.
