Deborah Jean DeLoriea, age 75, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in LaGrange, Illinois.
Deborah Jean DeLoriea, age 75, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in LaGrange, Illinois. She was born December 3, 1950, in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Bernard Francis DeLoriea and Oneta Hoffman DeLoriea Campbell.
Deborah began her working career at the Mount Carmel Beauty School. Deborah worked at Suttle Apparatus, United Methodist Village in dietary and Rucker’s. She was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved dog, “Taco.” Deborah had many hobbies including ceramics, sewing, cooking, reading and watching movies. She especially treasured her weekly time spent with her cousin Mike to go out for Chinese food.
Preceding Deborah in death were her parents; step-father, Sheila Campbell and brother-in-law, Jim Barrix.
Survivors include: siblings, Joe (Peggy) DeLoriea of Lawrenceville and Nancy Barrix of Lawrenceville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. till the service hour of 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont.
