The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jeffrey T. Azbell, 58, Peru, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated-endangerment, driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and disabling a law enforcement recording device. He was taken into custody by state police on County Road 400 South east of U.S. 31 after a vehicle pursuit and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Robert J. Shearn, 40, 2140 Sunset Lane, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Pulaski County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home to await extradition.

• Joseph L. Moore, 47, 906 Fortna Drive, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on warrants charging him with two counts of dealing methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Walmart, 2395 Main St., and held on surety bonds totaling $35,000.
