The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Robert K. Powell, 34, Warsaw, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of strangulation and domestic battery. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies and held without bond after allegedly assaulting a woman at an Akron home.

• Aajahne M. Tate, 24, South Bend, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody by state police during a traffic stop on U.S. 31 near Southway 31 and later released on her own recognizance.
