The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Richard L. Armes, 66, 321 Westwood Lane, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of battery. He was taken into custody by city police at 313 Westwood Lane and later released on his own recognizance.
• Johnny Gomez, 58, Gary, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Miami County Road 1000 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Wyatt L. Hagerman, 47, Winamac, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of theft. He was taken into custody at the probation office and held on a $250 cash bond.

• Kenya L. Harrison, 45, Michigan City, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving without ever obtaining a license. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 50 North and additionally held on a warrant issued out of Lake County.

• Shawna M. Stahl, 36, Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of possession of paraphernalia. She was taken into custody by city police at the motel and later released on her own recognizance.
