The Red Hill Lady softball Salukis have increased their winning streak to two.
They held on to beat the Martinsville Lady Blue Streaks 4-3 in action Tuesday at Leigh Ann Westall Field in Bridgeport.
The hosts built a 4-1 lead entering the top of the 7th but Martinsville scored twice to cut the margin to one and had the tying run on base when the game ended.
The Lady Salukis scored 4 runs on 6 hits and made 5 errors while the Lady Blue Streaks scored 3 runs on 5 hits and committed 2 errors.
Kaelynn Biehl had 2 hits and a RBI and Chloe Seed had 2 hits for Red Hill.
Whitley McCaslin picked up the pitching win going 7 innings with 5 strikeouts and no walks.
The Lady Salukis are now 3-5 on the season and will play a rescheduled game Thursday at Hutsonville.
