Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced that three local men were given prison terms during recent appearances in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
43 year old Bobby Baughn of Bridgeport was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Illinois Felony and 3 years for Domestic Battery, a Class 4 Illinois Felony.
He will be on mandatory supervised release after the sentences run concurrently.
26 year old Raymond Godfrey of Lawrenceville was given 15 years for Attempted Aggravated Battery, a Class 1 Illinois Felony and 6 years for Domestic Battery, a Class 4 Illinois Felony.
He will be on mandatory supervised release after the sentences run concurrently.
63 year old Ronald Sandlin of St Francisville was sentenced to 3 years in the IDOC for Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property, a Class 3 Illinois Felony.
He will also be placed on 6 months of mandatory supervised release after his term ends.
