Three individuals, including a juvenile, were taken into custody following a burglary investigation in rural Parke County, according to the Parke County Sheriff’s Office.
On Nov. 15, deputies responded to a reported burglary at the Tiki Hut in rural Parke County. The investigation led law enforcement to a residence in Montezuma, where 18-year-old David Brown was arrested following the execution of a search warrant.
Subsequently, deputies, along with Montezuma Police, apprehended a 17-year-old juvenile at a residence in rural Parke County near Judson. Shortly afterward, a third suspect, 18-year-old Johnathan Sosbe of Crawfordsville, was located and arrested at a residence in Rockville.
David Brown and Johnathan Sosbe were transported to the Parke County Jail. The juvenile was taken to the Vigo County Juvenile Detention Center.
Authorities recovered most of the stolen items during the investigation. All three suspects face charges of burglary, a Level 4 felony. The Parke County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Montezuma Police Department in the investigation.
