Authorities in southwestern Indians say that a wanted fugitive subject has been located and is now in custody. Police had been on the lookout for Charles Michael Orr the III. He removed his ankle bracelet last Friday while at the Greene County Indiana Community Corrections facility and left. Orr is a white male about 5 feet 9 inches tall weighing around 180 pounds. Reports say he was arrested around 12 p.m. ET Monday at an unreleased location.
