A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Rochester Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Kipton (KIP) Harris, a 16 year old white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 145 pounds, red hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a light-colored shirt, camo pants, and black and white shoes.
Kip is missing from Rochester, Indiana, and was last seen on Wednesday, May 7, at 12:56 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Kip is believed to be in or traveling to the downtown Indianapolis area.
