The suspect in a fatal shooting in southwest Indiana has now been formally charged. 38 year old Abel Dubon Castillo was arrested this week on a Daviess County Superior Court warrant for a single count of Murder, two counts of Attempted Murder, Burglary and Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon. The charges stem from the late night shooting on Sunday February 5th in Washington that left 58 year old Aracely Torres dead and two other men seriously injured and hospitalized. Castillo was also injured and hospitalized in the incident. He was taken into custody by authorities after his release from an Indianapolis hospital and was being held at the Daviess County Security Center.
