Plymouth Mayor Robert Listenberger will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 18 at 10 a.m. The event is set to take place at City Hall, located at 124 North Michigan Street. This ceremony honors Dr. Tod Stillson, a Marshall County native, who has retired from his local medical practice and is now the founder and CEO of ChatRX.
ChatMD announced on Wednesday that ChatRx, a medical technology company specializing in AI-powered healthcare solutions, has established its headquarters in Plymouth and will launch its telemedicine platform on June 16, 2025.
The company currently employs 10 people in Northern Indiana and anticipates expanding to more than 20 employees by the end of 2026. ChatRx projects nearly $4.6 million in revenue by year two, representing substantial economic activity for the region.

The company, founded by Dr. Tod Stillson, who also serves as CEO, has developed an FDA-registered medical device that provides diagnosis and treatment for 37 common acute conditions through text-based interactions. The platform serves patients across Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois, with Kansas and Oregon to follow soon. A staggered nationwide rollout is planned for late 2025 or early 2026.
