The Bridgeport Police Department is advising the public that Christopher Dining has NOT been apprehended and remains wanted by law enforcement.
Dining should be considered armed and dangerous. The public is advised to use extreme caution.
Dining is being sought in connection with a stabbing investigation from an early morning Thursday incident in Bridgeport.
As of this report, law enforcement has no further confirmed information regarding Dining’s current location. Officers and assisting agencies continue efforts to locate and apprehend him.
The public is urged to not approach, confront, or attempt to apprehend Dining. If you see Dining or have information regarding his current whereabouts, immediately contact 911 or Lawrence County Dispatch at 618-945-3322.

Members of the public are also asked not to post possible sightings or law-enforcement locations on social media. Report information directly to law enforcement so it can be evaluated promptly.
