The Marshall County Republican Party will conduct two caucuses to fill vacancies created by the recent deaths of advisory board members.
On Tuesday, April 1st, at 6 p.m. in the Republican Headquarters at 117 Water Street in Plymouth, Republican precinct representatives of Polk and West will fill a vacancy on each board.
In Polk Township, the recent death of Richard Parker has created a vacancy on the board. Any person interested in filing a Declaration of Candidacy for that seat should do so at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Danny Bates recently passed away in West Township, creating a vacancy on the West Township Advisory Board. Anyone interested in applying for the position should submit a Declaration of Candidacy no later than 72 hours before the meeting on April 1st.
The Declaration of Candidacy should be sent to Debbie VanDeMark, Republican Party Chairman, at P.O. Box 102 in Plymouth. You can also email her at deb0831@outlook.com or call her at 574-274-8325 for more information.
