There is good news regarding a missing elderly Crawford County Illinois man.
Sheriff Bill Rutan reports that 69-year-old Willie Moore has been found safe and sound. He was reported missing Tuesday after wandering away from an assisted living facility in Hutsonville.
An Endangered Missing Person Advisory was then issued by the Illinois State Police and the Sheriff's Department after it was advised that Moore had a condition that placed him in danger.
After two days, Moore was discovered in a nearby county and was being brought back to Crawford County.
Authorities have issued thanks to the public alerts that helped lead to Moore.
