Lawrence County Memorial Hospital (LCMH) has announced the appointment of Dr. Jacob Lennert as its new Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
In that new role, Lennert will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the facility located in Lawrenceville and support the hospital's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare close to home. He will also work closely with hospital administration, providers, and the hospital Board of Directors to improve patient care, support physician engagement and help ensure LCMH continues to meet the medical needs of the Lawrence County and surrounding communities.
Lennert joined Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in June of 2024 as a primary care physician and is board certified in family medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University, received his medical degree from the University of Florida and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Florida.
