A popular pre-school event is coming up for Lawrence County parents and students.
Lawrence County Kids Shopping Day pre-registration will take place Saturday, July 26th from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Central Christian Church in Lawrenceville. The annual affair helps parents of all school aged children from the county get needed school supplies and other items for the beginning of school.
Children do not need to be present for the pre-registration. Parents and guardians who attend to pre-register Saturday will need to provide the child's name, age, grade, and school this fall. The child's shirt, pants, and shoe sizes will also be needed.
Anyone who cannot pre-register on July 26th can register on the date of the event, which is Saturday August 2nd also at the Central Christian Church starting at 8 a.m. and receive an appointment to return later and shop that day.
