A southwestern Indiana man was taken into custody here in Lawrence County on a child sex charge. The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department (LCSD) early Wednesday arrested 24 year old Nathaniel Sipes of Bicknell, Indiana for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child. No other details surrounding the case were given in the arrest report. Sipes was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there. The LCSD Wednesday arrested a Crawford County man on multiple offenses. 37 year old Clay Dean of Robinson was charged with Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle, Theft over $300 and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and was later released with a notice to appear in court.
