The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Thomas Lee Morgan Hosier, 50, Anderson, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was picked up at the Madison County Jail and held without bond.

• Ovidio Lopez-Mendez, 26, Indianapolis, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without ever receiving a license. He was taken into custody at the courthouse and held on a $100 cash bond.

• Tracy L. Lewis, 58, 3234 S. 650 East, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies during a traffic stop near 4646 S. Wabash Road, Rochester, and held without bond.
• Brian C. Poliquin, 53, 203 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. He was taken into custody by city police following the report of a woman being assaulted at 517 Northgate Circle, Rochester, and a cellphone being taken. He is held without bond.

• David Ruelas III, 42, 801 Cherry Tree Lane, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 14 and County Road 875 East and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Lynden E. Swanson III, 49, 770 Maplewood Lane, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on four counts of confinement and one count of a neglect of a dependent child. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies after a juvenile and three adults were allegedly found locked inside his home with no way to leave. Police forced entry into the home and found them behind locked deadbolts, as well as locks and brackets on all the windows. He is held without bond.
