Plymouth Police Chief John Weir confirmed that a hazmat incident happened Thursday morning at Zentis at 2050 North Oak Drive.
An acid tanker rolled over in the Zentis parking lot and had been leaking acid for some time.

The chief said the South Bend Hazmat Team responded and cleaned up the liquid. He also mentioned that the big cloud that was there a few hours ago had disappeared.
The streets around Zentis and the other businesses in the area have been closed, and Zentis has shut down its production line for the rest of the day.
