On Tuesday, August 12, at approximately 7:25 pm, officers from the Plymouth Police Department attempted to serve a felony arrest warrant on 29-year-old Francisco Salas at Northgate Trailer Court.
Salas was seen at lot 142, and when officers arrived, they observed him driving to lot 172 of the trailer court. Francisco Salas was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
He was booked on his arrest warrant related to a pending case of battery with a deadly weapon and held on a $10,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
