The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will conduct two hearings on properties during their meeting on Monday at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
Various city department heads will report, including Building Commissioner Dennis Manuwal. There is a hearing for Lot 228 in the Northgate Trailer Park, located at 1535 North Michigan Street. The second hearing is for the property at 516 Pennsylvania Avenue. Jerry Haeck owns the apartment house.
The Board of Public Works will hear a proposal from Easterday Construction for a streetlight project at the Water Street Townhomes and a request for a parking space from Hinterland Bookery LLC.
The Plymouth Common Council will consider a request to amend the official zoning map for Birchmeier Rentals on West Jefferson Street. There is also an ordinance for appropriations and Tax Rates for 2026, along with an ordinance fixing salaries for elected officials for the city of Plymouth.
Council members will get an update on ONE Marshall County and the Comprehensive Plan.
