Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jonathan X. Oxenham, 26, 115 S. Maple St., Argos, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on original charges of leaving the scene of a wreck, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Agustin Figueroa Jr., 33, 600 N. Lake Street, Apt. D, Warsaw, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies on Madison Street near 18th Street and later released on his own recognizance.
• Michael W. Leonard, 29, 4509 Oakhill Lane, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 14 and Barrett Road and later released on his own recognizance.

• Lamondre E. Mason, 23, Indianapolis, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on original charges of armed robbery, resisting law enforcement, carrying a handgun without a license and conversion. He was picked up at the Marion County Jail and held without bond.

• Zachery J. Pennell, 40, 201 E. Sunset Drive, Bourbon, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 5522 N. State Road 25 and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Wrecks
• At 4:20 a.m. Friday, police received a report of a minor two-vehicle wreck at Fourth and Main streets.
• A vehicle driven by Estalla Ward, 19, of Akron, wrecked, rolling over, shortly before 9 a.m. Sunday near 5268 E. State Road 14.
Leaving the scene
• At 11:48 a.m. Friday, police received a report that someone hit two vehicles overnight at The Cross, 100 W. Third St.
Fights
• At 12:38 p.m. Friday, police received a report that a disgruntled customer got into an argument with two people at McDonald's, 101 McDonald Drive. It was later requested that he be issued a no trespassing warning.
• At 4:28 p.m. Friday, police received a report of a possible fight at 1729 Bancroft Ave.
• At 2:44 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a possible fight at 312 S. Toner St., Kewanna, however, no one would reportedly come to the door.
Safety concern
• At 2:12 p.m. Friday, a FedEx driver reported seeing a broken tree branch dangling in the area of Fifth and Pontiac streets. Rochester Street Department was subsequently notified.
• At 2:18 p.m. Friday, police received a report of a tree down in the roadway at State Road 114 and County Road 1600 East in Akron.
Auto theft
• At 8:24 a.m. Saturday, police received a report of theft at Lucky Mart, 7292 Liberty Ave., Fulton. A male suspect was reportedly seen leaving in a white Jeep Liberty.
Harassment
• At 1:07 p.m. Saturday, a woman residing on County Road 50 North, west of U.S. 31, reported that she has been receiving mail containing sexual comments for about two years. She advised it has come hand-written and by postcard.
Cited
• A driver was cited with speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone during a traffic stop around 4 p.m. Saturday at State Road 110 and County Road 300 West.
• A driver was cited with possession of marijuana and never being licensed during a traffic stop at approximately 1:45 p.m. Sunday at U.S. 31 and Wabash Avenue.
• A driver was cited with speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone around 7:30 p.m. Sunday at county roads 25 West and 700 South.
Animal calls
• Shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that people evicted from a rental property at 7250 E. 250 South, Akron, left behind three dogs and two cats.
• At 11:08 a.m. Sunday, police received a report that an aggressive pit bull was loose and going after people in the area of State Road 17 and Olson Road near Delong. The caller stated it is an ongoing issue, with multiple videos captured on different days. The dog's owner stated they would keep a better watch on it after being advised of the complaint.
Gunshots heard
• At 2:03 a.m. Sunday, police received a complaint about a gunshot being heard coming from 14448 E. 100 South, Akron.
• At 2:34 a.m. Sunday, police received a complaint of gunshots and shouting coming from a wooded area across from 11259 E. 200 North, Akron.
Littering
• Shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday, police received a report that someone dumped a mattress in a yard at 1120 Bancroft Ave.
