Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two people on Tuesday, one on a warrant and the second on multiple charges, including public intoxication.
Officer Fisher went to 1420 West Madison Street for body attachment warrant service on Katrina Watson, 38, who lives at the Plymouth address.
The officer located her at her apartment, and she was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail. Katrina Watson was booked into the Marshall County Jail on her warrant for contempt of court.
