Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two people on Tuesday, one on a warrant and the second on multiple charges, including public intoxication.
Officer Fisher went to 1420 West Madison Street for body attachment warrant service on Katrina Watson, 38, who lives at the Plymouth address.
The officer located her at her apartment, and she was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail. Katrina Watson was booked into the Marshall County Jail on her warrant for contempt of court.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
