Boofest draws families to downtown Rochester

Children got the chance to break out their Halloween costumes early and collect candy in downtown Rochester on Friday.

Various businesses, organizations and emergency personnel participated in this year's annual Boofest, organized by the Rochester Downtown Partnership.
