Lawrence County Memorial Hospital (LCMH) in Lawrenceville this week announced the successful launch of Epic at the medical facility.
The new system was officially launched on October 18th, 2026, and is a new electronic health records (EHR) system that brings together patient information in one secure, integrated system that will improve communication among healthcare providers, streamline care coordination, and make it simpler and easier for patients to manage their health.
It also allows patients greater convenience and improved access to their medical information and a more connected healthcare experience, whether receiving care at LCMH or at other facilities that use Epic.
LCMH Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Amy Hurley issued a statement saying that implementing the Epic system is an important investment by the hospital in its patients, staff, and the future of quality healthcare in Lawrence County.
