Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 300 block of Webster Avenue on Tuesday morning, September 30th, at 5:30 for a vehicle crash.
When officers arrived on the scene, it was determined that a vehicle had struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway.
The driver was identified as 49-year-old Travis Lamb of Plymouth. Lamb was suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and endangerment.

The passenger in Lamb’s vehicle, 38-year-old Nathaniel White of Westville, fled the scene and was quickly located.
White was taken into custody and booked in the County Jail for failure to render aid, public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and there is only probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
