31-year-old Nathan A Tidey of Plymouth was arrested on the morning of Friday, September 26th, after police responded to a request at a Dora Lane address regarding a domestic physical altercation.
Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 1244 Dora Lane in reference to a reported physical domestic incident.
While en route, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center advised that the male subject was intoxicated and possibly armed with a handgun.
When city officers arrived, they made contact with both subjects involved. Following an investigation, Tidey was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and booked for intimidation and domestic battery.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and there is only probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
