Just after 6 p.m. Friday, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call regarding a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 31 and State Road 10.
Officers from the Argos Police Department arrived on scene and advised Central Dispatch that there were confirmed injuries in a 2021 white Toyota Corolla. Two children, a 10-year-old female and a 10-year-old male, along with the father, 47-year-old Joshua A. Brett of Shoals, were injured.
Two medical Helicopters were flown to the scene, and each helicopter loaded a juvenile and transported them to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
The second driver was 41-year-old Daniel Chamberlin, of Plymouth. He was driving a 2017 white Ford F-150.
The accident is still under investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
