The City of Shelbyville is applying for a Wastewater and Stormwater Utility Planning Grant through the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
The public is being asked to take a few minutes to complete a survey so the city can do three things:
• Identify real issues residents are seeing
• Prioritize infrastructure needs
• Strengthen our case for outside funding
