State Sen. Jean Leising recently presented Lil' Charlie's Restaurant and Brewery in Batesville with a certificate of congratulations for 25 years of service providing great food and drinks to the community.
Kip and Stacie Miller founded Lil Charlie's in June of 1999 with only 86 seats in the restaurant. Lil Charlie's has since grown to 210 seats and has added a craft brewery, making it the first brewery/restaurant in Batesville. The restaurant offers a large selection of burgers, steaks and salads, along with local, craft-brewed beer.
"Lil' Charlie's is one of the best places to eat in Batesville, and I frequent it often," Leising said. "I appreciate Kip and Stacie's commitment to bring our community the best food and drink for 25 years, and I can’t wait to see how they continue to grow in the future."
Lil' Charlie's is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
