Marshall County EMA Director Jack Garner said in a release Monday afternoon, “Rain showers will move in tonight before transitioning to snow on Tuesday morning.”
Minimal impacts to travel are expected, but the National Weather Service has medium confidence that Marshall County will receive at least one inch of snow on Tuesday. Most of the county also falls under the low chance for two-plus inches of snow.
Those who will be ringing in the new year should plan for the possibility of a messy drive.
