Earth work is underway for a new business in Plymouth. This week work started on a “shell building” being built for a coffee shop at 1549 Pilgrim Lane according to Plymouth Building Commissioner Dennis Manuwal.
People who have been out around the strip mall at U.S. 30 and Oak Drive can see the work, the action is between Arby’s and the Goodwill Store.
The Building Permit holder is Emily Berke with Stork Construction LLC. The deeded owner of the property is Plymouth Center Limited Partnership/Chase Properties from Beachwood, OH. The estimated value of the project is $500,000 and includes a 2650 square foot building. The estimated completion date is October 7, 2024.
