A female who had been trespassed from the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street in Plymouth was arrested after Plymouth Police were dispatched to the motel for a female who had been locked out of a vehicle and needed the inhaler inside.
On Monday, September 16th, just before 11 p.m., city police were dispatched to the Economy Inn and made contact with Jennifer Sanderson, 49, of Monterey.
The news release states, “Ms. Sanderson is well known to the Plymouth Police Department, and it was known that Ms. Sanderson had been given a No Trespass warning for the Economy Inn.”

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
