Gather 2 Graze is excited to announce the grand opening of their new brick-and-mortar location at 203 North Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth. Mayor Robert Listenberger joined co-owners Sara Mathews, Matt Kolacz, and Hannah Mathews, along with the rest of the Gather 2 Graze team, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday morning to mark the occasion. Following the ceremony, they officially opened their doors, serving their first meals hot off the grill and welcoming guests to a shop filled with gourmet grab-and-go goodies.
Moving forward, Gather 2 Graze will be open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with meals from the kitchen served until 3:00 PM. Whether you’re looking for a delicious lunch, premium ingredients for your next charcuterie board, or just a fun new spot to explore in Plymouth, Gather has something for you. Their shop features artisanal cheeses, gourmet meats, and unique additions perfect for DIY board enthusiasts. This highly anticipated opening follows the strong reputation they’ve built locally through their catering services, charcuterie offerings, and their popular Wednesday lunch features during the late fall, winter, and early spring. There is a great deal of excitement around their addition to the downtown Plymouth business community.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Mayor Listenberger remarked that this is “definitely a win for Plymouth.” Sara Mathews also expressed her gratitude to the community for their support over the past couple of years and thanked the family and friends who pitched in to help make the day possible. Sara also extended a special thank you to La D’zert Café for the cupcakes and Katie’s Cupcakery for the cookies provided to guests during the grand opening celebration. The team is thrilled to be part of the downtown area and looks forward to welcoming everyone to their new location. Be sure to stop in the next time you're visiting Downtown Plymouth!
