Putnam County Museum’s Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, April 6 from 2 - 4 p.m. at the museum.
“Several years ago, we started hosting these dessert-dinners and they’ve evidently been a hit,” says Executive Director Rachel Lewis, who will be attending her first Annual Meeting since her appointment last fall. “This year it will be even more entertaining, with a shortened agenda and time set aside for a trivia game.”
The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for the staff and Board to share with museum members financial information, an annual review for each committee, and exciting plans for the upcoming year. The Annual Meeting is free of charge to museum members.
“And it’s not too late to join in time for an invitation,” says Rachel. Membership forms are available at the museum and online. “We just ask folks to aim for the first of April so that we can make sure we are ordering enough dessert for everyone.”
The Putnam County Museum is located at 1105 North Jackson Street, just north of downtown Greencastle. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 10-4 and Sunday 12-4.
Admission to the museum is free.
