Plymouth School Board meeting Tuesday evening at 6

The Plymouth Community School Board will meet tonight at 6 o’clock in the Corporation’s Central Office. This meeting is a meeting of the School Board in public for the purpose of conducting the corporation’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.  There is an opportunity for the public to participate in agenda items.   

During the Consent Agenda, the board considers monthly claims, the Comparison Report, resignations, appointments, transfers, terminations, donations, overnight requests, and more.

Under Business Transactions, the Plymouth School Board is expected to award the bid for the PHS Gym Renovation and grant permission to advertise for bids.  Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter will present a resolution for declaring personal property to be surplus and authorizing its disposition.

Jason Rivich will give the annual update on Adult Education, Principal Reid Gualt will give the annual update on Lincoln Junior High, and Athletic Director Josh Troyer will discuss athletic facility naming rights with the board. 

Also on the school board’s agenda is consideration of the Apple Device quote, a resolution to dispose of certain personal property, an agreement with Surf Air, and a request to consider permission to bid on summer projects.
